Privacy Policy

SkillBell (https://skillbell.store) is a service that lets coaches, consultants, psychologists, tutors and other experts sell 1:1 sessions, packages, webinars, digital products and courses from one page. The service is operated by Deepvoice LLC (ООО «Дипвойс»), OGRN 1217700312675, INN 7751200800, office 13, premises 13/338, 7 Letchika Ulyanina St., Moscow 108850, Russia (“we”, “us”).

This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and what rights you have. It applies to experts who create an account (“you”, “Expert”) and to people who visit an Expert’s page, book or buy from them (“Clients”).

For Experts’ account data we decide how and why it is processed, so we are the controller (operator).

For Clients’ data the Expert decides what to collect and how to use it, so the Expert is the controller and we process that data on the Expert’s behalf. If you are a Client, contact the Expert first — they are responsible for their own privacy notice. We will help them answer your request.

• Account data: name, email address, phone number, password, language and time zone.
• Page content: photo, bio, links, social profiles, descriptions and prices of your products, files you upload.
• Calendars and integrations: busy times and events from calendars you connect, access tokens of services you connect (for example Google, Zoom, Telegram).
• Payment connections: the keys or credentials of your own payment accounts (Stripe, PayPal and others) that you add so that Clients can pay you. We use them only to create checkouts and receive payment notifications.
• Subscription billing: plan, billing period and payment status. Card numbers are entered on the payment provider’s page; SkillBell never sees or stores them.
• Support requests and any other information you choose to send us.

• Name, email address, phone number or messenger username entered when booking or buying.
• Answers to the Expert’s booking questions, the chosen time, product and comments.
• Payment status of the order (paid, refunded). The payment itself is made to the Expert’s payment account; we do not receive card details.
• Reviews the Client leaves on the Expert’s page.

We use this data only to deliver the booking or purchase: show it to the Expert, send confirmations and reminders, give access to bought products. We do not sell it and do not use it for our own marketing.

When you use the site or an Expert’s page we receive technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time of access. We use it to keep the service working and secure.

We use only necessary cookies: one that remembers the chosen language and the ones that keep you signed in. If we add analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it. An Expert may connect their own analytics (for example Google Analytics) to their page; in that case the Expert is responsible for it.

• To create and run your account and your page — performance of our agreement with you.
• To take bookings and payments, send notifications and reminders — performance of the agreement.
• To charge the subscription and keep accounting records — performance of the agreement and legal obligations.
• To provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, keep the service secure — our legitimate interests.
• To improve the service using aggregated or de-identified statistics — our legitimate interests.
• To send news and offers about the service — your consent; you can unsubscribe in any email.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only as far as needed to run the service:

• hosting, email and messaging providers that store data and deliver notifications for us;
• the payment provider that processes the subscription;
• services you or the Expert connect — calendars, video calls, messengers, payment accounts, AI assistants — under their own privacy policies;
• authorities, when the law requires it.

Our providers process data only on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality.

Experts, Clients and the services they connect may be located in different countries, so data may be transferred outside your country. When we transfer data, we use the safeguards required by applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses.

We do not record, store or transcribe the audio or video of sessions. If a session runs in a third-party video service, recording is controlled by that service and its settings.

We keep account data while the account is active. After you delete the account we delete or de-identify the data within 30 days, except what we must keep by law, for example payment records. Data about Clients is kept for as long as the Expert keeps it in their account.

You can ask us to:

• tell you what data we hold and give you a copy;
• correct inaccurate data;
• delete your data;
• restrict or object to processing;
• transfer your data to another service;
• withdraw consent at any time — this does not affect processing that happened before.

Write to privacy@planerka.app. We answer within 10 business days and may ask you to confirm your identity. You may also complain to the data protection authority of your country; in Russia it is Roskomnadzor (rkn.gov.ru).

We use technical and organizational measures to protect data: encrypted connections, restricted staff access, limited access to payment keys, which you can also revoke in your payment account at any time. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you without undue delay.

SkillBell is for adults. Experts must be at least 18. If an Expert works with minors (for example a tutor), the booking is made by a parent or guardian, and the Expert is responsible for their consent.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If the changes are significant, we will notify Experts by email or in the account before they take effect.
